Job descriptions
The following are positions that we assign our guards. Our guards are expected to uphold Warden Security's Code of Conduct at all times while on site.
Standing Post
(Level 2)
Standing Post requires guard to stand in store and monitor and greet customers And aid with customer assistance. Managers will give specific instructions on store policies and guidelines you must follow.
Indoor Patrol
(Level 2)
Indoor Patrol usually requires the guard to complete checkpoints throughout their shift. Guard is typically asked to patrol certain areas and keep a keen eye on certain details. These patrol orders are typically for hotels, warehouses, etc.
Vehicle Patrol
(Level 2)
Vehicle Patrol guard will be requested to perform check ins with the manager on site and complete GPS tracked scheduled clock ins. Guard must remain aware of surroundings and keep a diligent eye on the storefront(s) requesting patrol. Manager/supervisors can be subject to do checkups on night patrol officers.
Fire Watch
(Level 2)
In the event of a fire watch request, the client will specify if indoor or outdoor guard watch is needed. guard is responsible for watching and patroling building and making reports of any hazards or in the worst case calling emergency services in the case of a fire.
Alarm Response
(Level 2)
If a building alarm is set off or tripped, the guard will be asked to check to build integrity for any evidence of break-in or damages. If all is clear, the client will specify if the officer can leave or must remain on-site.
Armed
(Level 3)

Armed position requires level 3 licensing.
In the event of an armed position being assigned, it will be very similar to either standing post or indoor patrol. Armed guards are expected to be extremely vigilant and attentive and not misuse their power or position. Code of conduct is expected to be upheld to the highest standard.
Armed escort
(Level 3)

Armed position requires level 3 licensing.
For an armed escort, the guard is hired to take a person(s) from one place to another. Armed guards are expected to be extremely vigilant and attentive and not misuse their power or position. Code of conduct is expected to be upheld to the highest standard.
